Jordan Kwadwo Osei Mainoo-Hames, known as Jordan Mainoo-Hames, is the elder brother of Kobbie Mainoo.
He is a well-known personality who gained fame as a contestant on the fifth season of the UK’s popular reality TV show, Love Island.
Born to Ghanaian parents, Abena Herold and Felix Mainoo, Jordan is one of four siblings, including Kobbie and their two sisters, Ama and Efia. The family grew up in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
Jordan Mainoo-Hames entered the Love Island villa during the third week of the show and was dubbed a “bombshell”.
He quickly connected with Anna Vakili before being eliminated due to a public vote¹. After leaving the show, Jordan became a runway model and fashionista, walking for high-end labels like Vogue and Louis Vuitton.
On the other hand, his younger brother, Kobbie Mainoo, is a rising star in the football world. Kobbie started his football career at the Cheadle & Gatley Junior Football Club before joining Manchester United at the age of nine.
He has played for England’s under-17, under-18, and under-19 squads and also qualifies to represent Ghana.
Jordan often expresses his support for his brother’s sporting career on social media.
He once shared a photo of Kobbie on Twitter with the caption, “Proud big bro moment fr.”.
This shows the close bond between the two brothers.
