Alexis Bellino dishes on John Janssen ‘split’ rumors but fans more worried by her manicure

The Real Housewives of Orange County is where it all began. Bravo’s first-ever Real Housewives show kicked off in 2006. Almost two decades later, it’s the gift that keeps on giving as more drama spews from the OC – even when the show isn’t airing.

Former Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Alexis Bellino and former guest star John Janssen were surrounded by split rumors this February. But, the Bravolebrities have revealed exactly where they stand with one another. Alexis was previously in a relationship with Jim Bellino when she appeared on the show in season 5. John was dating Shannon Storms Beador before their romance ended last year.

In late December last year, Alexis showed off a “promise ring” she’d received from John, reports People.

The two former RHOC stars got together in December, not long after John and Shannon had split.

Now, rumors are swirling Alexis and John are on the rocks but, given her latest Instagram post, she’s clearing up any confusion.

Sharing a photo of herself kissing John on the cheek, Alexis wrote: “Sorry guys, still going strong. Headed to work out now! Don’t believe everything you hear!”

The Bravo star also shared a screenshot of an online news report about “breakup rumors.”

The reality TV alum opted to turn off the comments on her posts, and captioned it: “Strength in training together.”

Alexis’ point was clearly proven as she confirms she and John are still very much an item.

Just a day before, she also shared a snap of the two at home with their two “fur babies,” and wrote they have “6 kids, 4 more dogs, 25 fish, and 5 reptiles” together.

Fans are distracted
Although it seems Alexis is simply trying to keep her fans in the loop, many savagely took to a Reddit thread over her Instagram posts.

Some suggested they “didn’t care” for the “Johhny J updates,” while others believe their romance is a “showmance” for RHOC.

More were totally distracted by Alexis’ manicure, writing: “Why are her nails tripping me out! They look crazy!”

Another rudely commented on the post: “Her nails are weird.”
