Christine McGuinness has disclosed that she has been experiencing private ‘meltdowns’ during her divorce from husband Paddy.

The TV personality, who is on the autism spectrum, has shared the impact on her mental health as she navigates significant changes in her personal life.

The Sun on Sunday recently revealed Christine is lining up a “Pitbull” celebrity divorce lawyer in her fight for a multi-million-pound settlement.

Speaking to Boots presents Taboo Talk, Christine said: “Up until I knew I was autistic, I would always just think there was something wrong with me.

“Just recently with a lot of changes in my personal life I’m having a lot more meltdowns.

“I am struggling and I’ve got no problem saying that.

“I probably do need more help, whether that’s down the therapy route or medication route.”

Christine joined podcast host Vogue Williams and fellow guest Tommy Mallett to talk about their mental health struggles.

Christine was diagnosed with autism aged 33 in 2021 and has been rising awareness ever since.

Meanwhile Tommy found out he had ADHD when he was 30 years old

Remaining in the £4 million property she shares with Paddy, the former host of Question of Sport, is a priority for model mother Christine.

After being married in 2011, they had three kids: twins who are ten years old and a seven-year-old girl.

In 2017, Paddy, 35, and Christine paid £2.1 million for their six-bedroom Cheshire house.

After their breakup in 2022, he has been residing there with her.
