Keiana Stewart is a friend of Wendy Osefo’s on RHOP, but fans are convinced she’s going full-time after getting her first confessional. Many want her to replace Nneka as a cast member.

She has been introduced twice, with many asking why she didn’t get a cast photo from production. Keiana said on the February 25 episode that she felt “abandoned” by Wendy after a medical scare.

The ulcer-related medical issue meant her time on the RHOP vacation was halted. Despite the pause, fans are obsessed, with one writing, “I’m loving Keiana!! She’s giving full-time status next season #RHOP.”

Keiana, who does not appear to have a husband, is just as successful as her RHOP co-stars. She runs K Stewart Beauty, known as Baltimore’s premier Medspa, and hair company Bali Weave Express.

Her beauty biz offers V therapy, laser hair removal, injectables and Botox, HydraFacial, and more. The company is loved by its customers, having achieved a 4.8-star rating on Google!

RHOP newbie had an on-screen fight
In July 2023, Keiana and Deborah Williams fought. A viral video showed the cast breaking up a fight between the two cast members, which fans are expecting to be aired on season 8.

The cast was at the Zebbie’s Garden in Washington bar filming for Ashley and Gizelle’s fashion line launch on July 13, and the drama initially began between Candiace and Deborah.

A source told TV Deets, “Candiace was confronting Deborah about what she had been saying about [her husband] Chris [Basset] and Keiana walked up and got herself involved.”

While Keiana allegedly threw the first punch, the source claimed Deborah “definitely won” the fight. It came after “Deborah and Candiace had been talking s**t about each other all night.”
