INKQUBO (“The Process”) is the debut album by Don Ndikberry, the Cape Town producer Luvuyo Ndiki. The title is isiXhosa. RCV Records, his own imprint, released it on 14 August 2026. It has 28 tracks and runs for more than an hour and a half. He says it took three years, made on Umoya Studio, a music program he built himself, in the breaks at the 3D printing farm he runs.
Most of the songs are in isiXhosa and isiZulu, and the album opens with “Ngiyeza (I’m Coming)”, its longest track at just over seven minutes. Vuyorido is the main voice beside him, credited on ten songs including “INGQONDO YAMI (My Mind)”, “Amadoda Amaningi (Many Man)” and “Ndicela uPhila Nawe”, the track the album was promoted with. Amish appears on seven tracks, and Annarido sings on “Late Checkout Love” and “Soft Life Jealousy”.
Late in the running order the album moves to Lagos. The collective ỌRÙN MOB features on the Yoruba songs “OLÓRÌ” and “Ọ̀GÁ MI”, and Nekk, JAGZ and MOYX also appear in that stretch. It finishes back home with “Road To Kasi” and “Bring Azaina, My Children”.
