Harmonize

Harmonize is Rajabu Abdulkahali Ibrahim, a Tanzanian singer, songwriter and entrepreneur from Mtwara who moved to Dar es Salaam after secondary school. He was the first artist signed to Diamond Platnumz’s WCB Wasafi, and his 2015 debut “Aiyola” was an instant hit.

“Kwa Ngwaru” with Diamond and “Show Me” with Rich Mavoko followed, and MTV Base named him one of its Ones to Watch for 2017. His 2019 EP Afro Bongo featured Diamond, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi and Yemi Alade. At the end of that year he left WCB to set up his own label, Konde Music Worldwide.

His albums since are Afro East (2020), which mixes Afropop with singeli, High School (2021), Made for Us (2022) and Visit Bongo (2023), which NotJustOk named the best Tanzanian album of that year. He has recorded with Sarkodie, Naira Marley, Ruger, Bruce Melodie (“Zanzibar”) and Bobby Shmurda, and released Deeper in 2025.
