Biography
Young Jonn, born John Saviours Udomboso on 16 February 1995 in Ibadan, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer. His family is from Akwa Ibom, and he studied Communication and Language Arts at the University of Ibadan.
Before he stepped to the front, he was one of the busiest producers in Nigerian pop. Signed to Hit Factory Studio in 2012, he produced Olamide’s “Story For The Gods” and “Bobo”, Lil Kesh’s “Gbese” and “Efejoku”, and Davido’s “Biggest Backside”. “Bobo” earned him a Producer of the Year nomination at The Headies in 2015.
He signed with Chocolate City in 2022 and broke through as a singer with “Dada” and its Davido remix, from the Love Is Not Enough EP. The album Jiggy Forever followed in 2024, then Blue Disco in November 2025, a 21-track set with Wizkid, Olamide, Asake and Rema. The Dear London EP came out in September 2026.
