Uncle Waffles, born Lungelihle Zwane on March 30, 2000, is a Swazi-born DJ, producer, and performer based in South Africa. She rose to international fame in 2021 after a viral video of her DJ set attracted millions of views and caught the attention of Drake.
Since then, she has become one of the leading faces of the Amapiano movement, known for her energetic performances, dance routines, and seamless DJ sets. She has released successful projects including Red Dragon, Solace, and Asylum, featuring songs such as “Tanzania,” “Yahyuppiyah,” “Echoes,” and “Wadibusa.”
