Wendy Shay

Wendy Shay, born Wendy Asiamah Addo on February 20, 1996, is a Ghanaian singer, songwriter, and performer. She rose to fame in 2018 with her breakout hit “Uber Driver” after signing with RuffTown Records. Known for her blend of Afrobeats, Afropop, highlife, and dancehall, Wendy Shay has released successful projects including Shay On You, Shayning Star, Enigma, and Ready.

She has earned multiple awards and nominations and remains one of Ghana’s most successful female musicians, with hit songs such as “Uber Driver,” “Bedroom Commando,” “Survivor,” “Too Late,” “Africa Money,” and “Crazy Love.”
