Kofi Jamar Biography – Everything You Need to Know

Born as Derrick Osei Kuffour Prempeh. Kofi Jamar was born in Kumasi, Ghana. Jamar is from Bantama in the Ashanti region of Ghana. His genre of music includes Drill music, rap, and hip pop. Concerts he has performed in were 17th Ghana party in the Park UK concert and the Ghana music awards.

Has been nominated for awards at Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Jamar is primarily known for his viral song “Ekorso”, featuring Yaw TOG and Ypee. The song is inspired from the youth having the ambition to win even the circumstances they may be in. The setting of the video is in the rough areas of Ghana. A group of guys and children in the background.

Jamar, Yaw TOG, and Ypee interchangeably have their lyrics as Twi and english. Showing their culture and their style.
