Kelvyn Boy

Kelvyn Boy is the stage name of Kelvin Brown, a Ghanaian Afrobeats singer born on 1 April 1991 in Assin Fosu, in the Central Region. He lost his mother at a young age and went on to finish at Osei Tutu Senior High School in Akropong, near Kumasi.

He first reached a wide audience through Stonebwoy’s Burniton Music Group, putting out “Toffee” with Medikal and “Na You” with Stonebwoy in 2017. The two parted ways in 2019 and Kelvyn Boy carried on alone, with songs like “Mea”, “Yawa No Dey” featuring M.anifest, and “Momo” with Darkovibes and Mugeez.

His catalogue runs from the T.I.M.E EP (2019) through the album Blackstar (2020) and For the Kulture (2023) to 2nd Step, released in September 2026 through Blakk Arm Entertainment and Ziiki Media, with Medikal, Cina Soul, Kuami Eugene and KOJO BLAK among the guests.
