Okese1, born Yaw Godwin Nii Armah, is a Ghanaian rapper, songwriter, and performer from Accra. He rose to prominence with his breakout single “Yie Yie” in 2020 and quickly became known for his energetic trap-inspired sound and catchy hooks.
