Essumann is a Ghanaian rapper with roots in Anomabo, raised in Community 9, Tema. He works as an independent artist, and his music mixes Ghanaian hip-hop, trap and melodic rap, with most of the writing drawn from life in Tema: struggle, faith, heartbreak and the push for something better.
He put out the In My Head Alone But Not Alone EP in 2024. “Big Bricks” with Lalid followed in November 2025, and its sequel “Big Bricks II”, which brought in Medikal, turned into a viral hit with millions of plays on Audiomack. “Ghetto Therapy”, “Cemetery Flow 2” and “One Day” are also in his catalogue.
In September 2026 he released Ghetto Therapy P.T. II, an 11-track tape with Medikal, Lalid, AratheJay, Kojo Trap, Quamina Mp and Kofi Mole.
