Cojo Rae released “Iskoki” on 18 September 2026, on his own, with no label credit beyond his name. It runs for three minutes and three seconds, and Apple Music files it under Afrobeats. Five weeks later it came back as track 3 on his album Gen Z Highlife, making it the last single he put out before the record arrived.
Cojo Rae’s “Iskoki” on YouTube
The official “Party Visualizer” went up on his channel, Cojo Rae Music, on release day. By early November it had passed 55,000 views.
Fans have picked it up too. In October, other YouTube channels posted an “Iskoki” dance-challenge video and singers’ covers of the song.
Where “Iskoki” sits on Gen Z Highlife
Gen Z Highlife came out on 23 October 2026. It has 14 tracks and runs for about 37 minutes. After a short “Intro” and the title track, “Iskoki” is the third song, followed by “Kwesi Arthur II” with Quamina MP.
The album also includes his April single “Kasapa (Hating)”, the bonus tracks “Baby Daddy” with Beeztrap KOTM and “Lala” with Ypee, and two versions of “Ready To Be Mine”, one of them with a choir. The album shares its name with the way he describes his music: his Audiomack profile calls him the originator of “Gen Z Highlife”.
