Oseikrom Sikanii has a new single, and he has brought Medikal with him. “Kpo” came out on Friday 6 November 2026 on Oseikrom Sikanii Music, his own label, under licence to ONErpm. It runs for three minutes and 15 seconds, and the official audio is up on his YouTube channel.
Oseikrom Sikanii and Medikal team up on “Kpo”
Apple Music credits the song to both rappers, “Oseikrom Sikanii & Medikal”, and files it under hip-hop and rap. On YouTube it appears as Oseikrom Sikanii featuring Medikal.
This is not their first time on a record together. Both rappers featured on Kwasi Yesu’s “Nyame” in March 2025, alongside Beeztrap KOTM. “Kpo” is the first time the two share top billing on a single.
A busy 2026 for Oseikrom Sikanii
Sikanii, born Hansford Brefo in Manhyia, Kumasi, has barely stopped this year. In June he released his album 9, which includes “Hustle” with O’Kenneth and Braabenk, “Wakawaka” and “R2Bees” with AlorG. In September came the three-track 3 in 1 with Bosom P-Yung, with Strongman on “Decision”.
He has also been a regular guest. In October alone he appeared on SevenKizs’ “U X Me” and on RCee’s “Peng Ting” with Kelvin Black.
Medikal arrives in good form too. Last month he released “Sika”, another single with his longtime collaborator Shatta Wale.
